10.2. Rights Under California Law (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:
(a) Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it was shared.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws not specifically mentioned above, you may have additional rights under those laws. Contact us at [email protected] for more information.
10.5. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of your rights, please contact us at:
Email: [email protected]
Please include sufficient information to identify yourself and specify the right(s) you wish to exercise. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days (or such shorter period as required by applicable law). We may request verification of your identity before processing your request to protect your data from unauthorized access. If we need additional time to fulfill your request, we will inform you of the reason and the expected timeframe within the initial 30-day period.
10.6. Limitations on Rights
Certain rights may be limited in specific circumstances, including where:
(a) We are required by law to retain your data (e.g., tax filings retained for 7 years, KYC documents retained for 5 years);
(b) The data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
(c) Deletion would prevent us from fulfilling our contractual obligations to you (e.g., maintaining your LLC's registered agent service or filing required reports); or
(d) We have a compelling legitimate interest that overrides your rights in the specific circumstances.
If we decline or partially decline your request, we will explain the reason in writing and inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
11. Data Security
11.1. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

11.2. Document and Data Storage. Client documents, including identity documents, tax filings, and Operating Agreements, are stored on secured cloud platforms with access restricted to authorized Company personnel. We rely on the security measures implemented by these platforms and their certifications (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and similar standards where applicable).
11.3. Session Recording and A/B Testing. We use session recording and A/B testing tools on the Site to improve user experience. These tools are configured to suppress and mask sensitive form fields, including fields for passwords, payment information, and identity document uploads. Session recordings capture anonymized interaction patterns (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling) and do not intentionally capture personal data entered into sensitive fields.
11.4. No Absolute Guarantee. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data. You acknowledge that you transmit personal data to us at your own risk.
